El Priorat still flies under the tourist radar, despite being the only region other than Rioja to hold Spain's elite DOC+ classification. That means the wines are as good as you'll taste anywhere, and just like with Cava, this 'insider' knowledge is guaranteed to make you sound 15% more interesting at your next dinner party. In contrast to the Cava region, the focus here is on deep, full-bodied reds packed with flavour.

Therefore, the main event today will be a guided tour around the vineyard and cellar of Terra Dominicata. Because the tour is private, you can go at your own pace, ask all your questions and get to know your host. Because we want to spoil you, they also include a special local cheese tasting with your wines for our guests only.
